Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be posted on The Speckled Palate. It will consist of FIVE dinner options, plus TWO extras. Those extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. We hope that this weekly menu, shared on Friday mornings, gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations!

Y’all ready for this?
Let’s start the week off with Pastry Chef Online’s decadent Gourmet BLT with Cheddar and Avocado. I mean, I don’t know about you, but any kind of BLT that has avocado calls my name!
Tuesday’s all about my Mustard Chicken recipe. This adaptation from one of my mother-in-law’s recipes that was handed down to my husband and I is all about the mustardy sauce and pairs well with so many veggie sides and rice. Y’all are gonna want to try it out.
Tomato season is basically HERE! Celebrate with Pook’s Pantry’s Stuffed Summer Tomatoes Two Ways. You’ll be glad you did.
There’s nothing like a salad for dinner, am I right? But if you’re gonna have a salad dinner, it’s gotta have the WORKS to keep everyone happy and full for the rest of the evening. I don’t doubt that Comfortably Domestic’s Grilled Steak Salad with Chive Yogurt Dressing does just that!
Sometimes, you just want a sandwich for dinner. And Pastry Chef Online knocks it out of the park with her Spicy Chicken Guacamole Sandwich for this lovely Friday evening. Won’t this be DELICIOUS?
Y’all know I’m a sucker for dessert. Specifically, cookies. (Because I’m too lazy for pie and don’t like icing things because of the extra effort that calls for.) So you know these Funfetti Cookies, which I shared earlier in the week for TSP’s seventh blogoversary, are spot on with flavor and ease and fun.
In case you want some CHOCOLATE in your dessert this week, Comfortably Domestic has got you covered with her Big Chocolate Chip Cookies!
See you next week with new recipes and a new menu plan!
