Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be posted on The Speckled Palate. It will consist of FIVE dinner options, plus TWO extras. Those extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. We hope that this weekly menu, shared on Friday mornings, gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations!

Y’all ready for this?
Start the week off on a STRONG foot with my Italian Stuffed Peppers!
We absolutely adore Thai food in our household, but we’ve never made it before. That won’t be the case after this week and these gorgeous Thai Turkey Meatballs with Peanut Sauce from Pook’s Pantry!
Whether or not you’re entertaining tonight, you’re definitely going to want to hang onto Comfortably Domestic’s 3 Rules for Easy Entertaining, which is a part of her Soy Ginger Chicken Kabobs post! Hello, YUM.
Thursday means the weekend is oh-so-close… and I don’t know a better way to celebrate that than by making Pastry Chef Online’s Smashed Bacon Double Cheeseburgers!
In our household, Friday night is synonymous with decadence. And I think these Pulled Pork Coleslaw Eggrolls fit the bill quite perfectly!
Blueberry season is almost here… which means it’s a PERFECT time for us to brush up on how to make Blueberry Mini Pies from scratch. Pook’s Pantry shows the way with this goodness!
Last but not least, let’s all DROOL over these Strawberries and Cream Chia Pudding Parfaits from Comfortably Domestic! I’m lovin’ the use of strawberries here and cannot wait to make them for my fam.
See you next week with new recipes and a new menu plan!
