Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious while also focusing on dishes the vast majority of us can make with ingredients we have on hand. We’ve got two bean-centric dishes, meatballs, an Instant Pot meal and more.
And we’re serving up an easy (and oh-so-delicious) drink that you can mix for Easter Sunday next weekend (or an at-home brunch with your family/housemates this weekend). Also, we’ve got a bread recipe for you, too, in case you’ve been experimenting with baking at home these days.
What is the weekly meal plan?
Every Friday, I share a new menu plan here that always includes FIVE dinner options and TWO extras. This menu is curated by me and a few friends, and we call ourselves the Dinner Divas because, well, that’s what we do.
Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks and more.
