Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious and highlights several comforting dishes (like a twist on Wedding Soup, a quicker way to authentic gumbo and a mac ‘n cheese adaptation), as well as some other classic meals you’re gonna want this winter.
What is the weekly meal plan?
Every Friday, I share a new menu plan here that always includes FIVE dinner options and TWO extras. This menu is curated by me and a few friends, and we call ourselves the Dinner Divas because, well, that’s what we do.
Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks and more.

Monday's Dinner: Wedding Soup with Turkey Meatballs
Wedding Soup is a comforting dish for this time of year, and I love how Pook's Pantry did a slight twist on the classic by throwing in TURKEY meatballs! Serve with a side of bread for a quick and delicious meal for the whole family. I know this won't last long at our house!
Tuesday's Dinner: Meatball Hoagie Sandwiches
I love a meatball sub sandwich, and this one from Comfortably Domestic, served on a hoagie bun, is so scrumptious and decadent! Serve it with a side salad, and the whole family will be excited about this meal!
Wednesday's Dinner: Southern Macaroni and Cheese
