Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan: Week 144
Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, a wintertime drink and a condiment that you can use on appetizers.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious, highlighting more of our seasonal favorites. We have the chance to reuse leftovers from one night and put it into use later into the week, too.
And this week’s extra recipes? All I’m gonna say is YUM and that I cannot wait to make ’em.
What is the weekly meal plan?
Every Friday, I share a new menu plan here that always includes FIVE dinner options and TWO extras. This menu is curated by me and a few friends, and we call ourselves the Dinner Divas because, well, that’s what we do.
Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks and more.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?

Monday's Dinner: Shortcut Vegan Lahmajoun
We're making Armenian flatbread tonight that's a little like a pizza! And I don't know about you, but I'm intrigued by this recipe, especially considering I love hummus. What about you? Would your family love this recipe, too?
Tuesday's Dinner: Honey Sriracha Chicken Rice Bowls
Made in the slow cooker, this Honey Sriracha Chicken is a little bit sweet and a little bit spicy. Serve over your favorite rice with steamed snow peas and you've got a whole dinner! This balanced dish is loved by both kids and adults, and we seriously adore this whenever we make it.
Wednesday's Dinner: Baked Turkey Meatballs
Ever made meatballs in the oven? Pook's Pantry is showing this classic tip with TURKEY meatballs, and y'all, they are SO GOOD. Throw 'em in a tomato sauce and serve over pasta for a delicious dinner the whole fam will love. (How do I know? Pasta nights at our house are always the messiest.)
Thursday's Dinner: Turkey Meatball Soup

Friday's Dinner: Southern Chicken and Dumplings with Flat Dumplings
Friday night this week is alllllllll about the comfort. And there is no one I trust with a classic Southern dish more than I do Online Pastry Chef. Appetizer Idea: Slow Cooker Bacon Jam
I don't know about you, but I have loved bacon jam ever since I first tried it on a burger years ago. I've never tried to make it, though... and I cannot wait to do it because making it in the slow cooker is utterly brilliant! Pook's Pantry shows the way, and then all we have to do is figure out what to make with it. I'm thinkin' bruschetta first, followed by a bacony burger. You?
Drink Idea: Mayan Hot Cocoa Mix
Is it cold where you live? If so, this Mayan Hot Cocoa Mix from Comfortably Domestic is exactly what you want to mix up and then drink time and again. With a little something extra to make it special, you and yours are gonna ADORE this mix and want to keep it in your pantry always.
