Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan: Week 141
Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, a breakfast idea and a sweet treat!
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu, as always, is delicious. We’ve got chicken thighs with a favorite seasoning pairing, plus a slow cooker dinner, a sandwich and two soups, too. And we’ve got a delightful dessert AND a breakfast that’s perfect for sharing OR making in advance.
What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?

Looking for food inspiration for next week's menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, a breakfast idea and a sweet treat!
Monday's Dinner: Rosemary Lemon Chicken Thighs
I'm a sucker for any type of chicken with rosemary and lemon, and these chicken thighs sound DIVINE. Pair these beauties with a veggie, like roasted broccoli, and a starch like rice, and dinner is good to go!
Tuesday's Dinner: Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork
Y'all know my love for slow cooker ANYTHING, and pulled pork is one of my favorites to make in the slow cooker because it gets soooooooooo good and saucy. Cook the pork low and slow, then shred it and add it to a BBQ sandwich with all the fixins (including the coleslaw!) for a delightful dinner!
Wednesday's Dinner: Smashed Reuben Burger with Smoky Russian Dressing
Let's send 2019 off with a bang by making Smashed Reuben Burger with Smoky Russian Dressing for dinner on New Year's Eve! These scrumptious sandies are perfect for sharing and easy to make, so they are exactly what we need for an easy NYE in.
Thursday's Dinner: Vegan Potato Leek Soup
Vegan Potato Leek Soup makes the perfect creamy soup for all seasons and is a wonderful dinner to start the new year with! Oh, and it's Whole30-compliant if you're doing that in January 2020. And it tastes really good, too!
Friday's Dinner: Simple Turkey Chili
Chili is such a wonderful comfort food for the wintertime, and making it with turkey is an easy way to make it a little healthier, too! This Simple Turkey Chili will be great for Friday night... and we can enjoy the leftovers during the weekend, too.
Dessert Idea: Caramel Walnut Shortbread Cookies
These shortbread cookies, made with TOASTED SUGAR, are something special to enjoy for the last week of holiday celebrations before we dive headfirst into the new year. How perfect do they look and sound?
Breakfast Idea: Broccoli Quiche Lorraine Bites
Bake and serve Gluten Free Broccoli Quiche Lorraine Bites as a quick, easy breakfast in the new year! The base is a potato crust. The filling includes eggs, diced ham, broccoli and shredded Swiss cheese. Whether you're looking for something for brunch or just a delicious breakfast to share with the fam, these egg and cheese bites are scrumptious!
