Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners and two holiday-centric desserts.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is super seasonal and contains some gems, like soups, breakfast for dinner and two desserts with the best kind of holiday flavors. (You’ll have to tell me which are your favorite because oh my word, they all sound AMAZING right about now!)
What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?

Savory, smooth and flavorful, this Sweet Potato Bisque is chock full of sweet potato goodness. It can be tweaked to feed someone on the Whole30 or a paleo eater! Sweet Potato Bisque is perfect comforting meal for a cold winter's evening and PERFECT for the start of any week.
I love a good slow cooker meal, and how brilliant is it that we can make a WHOLE chicken in it? Served alongside a salad or some steamed veggies, this bird is the whole meal and it's absolutely delicious. Plus, you'll have leftovers for lunch (assuming your family doesn't eat it all in one sitting)! What's not to love about that?
Now, I'll be honest with y'all: I've never had a yeast raised pancake, but I am here for it! Also, chocolate pancakes are one of my favorite things and remind me of Thursday nights in college when sorority sisters and I would gather, make pancakes and watch The O.C. We're bringing back that tradition for Thursdays with these beautiful flapjacks!
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo is the ultimate Louisiana comfort food and PERFECT for a Friday night. While it's a labor of love to make, this gumbo cooks low and slow on the stovetop for hours once everything is in the pot. Served alongside a scoop of rice and some green onions, this is a comforting meal the whole fam can enjoy.
Who's a gingerbread lover here? It's a polarizing flavor, and I have started liking it recently. This cake is stunning and chock full of the gingery goodness... and topped with powdered sugar snowflakes. How perfect, right?
