Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu, as always, is delicious and celebrates the flavors of the seasons as summer begins to drift into the fall. (Unless, of course, if you live in the South like I do. Then you have another month or two to go. But we can all hope, right?)
This week, we’re offering chowder and stew, sliders and pizza… and two summertime desserts y’all should definitely make before it gets too cool outside for them.
What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new weekly menu here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.

End Labor Day on a happy, cheesy note with homemade Hamburger Macaroni Casserole Supreme! Since having kids, I've realized that the nights that highlight pasta are the happiest ones in our house, so what better way to start the week off with it?
Tuesday's Dinner: Shredded Applesauce Chicken Sliders with Brussels Sprouts Apple Slaw

No matter where you're from, chowder always seems to be a late summer thing for me. And I love that Pook's Pantry is elevating our menu this week by bringing LANGOSTINO to the table in the form of a chowder? Yum yum yum.
Thursday's Dinner: Homemade Ratatouille
Tonight's dinner recipe is given to us to make THREE separate ways! Ratatouille is a vegetable stew, and it celebrates so many summer veggies. So THIS is the perfect vegetarian dish for the whole family.
Friday's Dinner: Three Cheese Lasagna Pizza
Kick off weekend celebrations with PIZZA! And not just any pizza, but LASAGNA pizza! I don't know about you, but this sounds like a dream to me, and I have no doubt both of my kids will gobble this up. What about yours?
Dessert #1: No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Parfaits
In case it's still blazing hot where you live, we're making dessert easy on you with NO BAKE cheesecake parfaits! As an added bonus, these are ridiculously beautiful, too, and something the whole family can enjoy.

Y'all know I'm a lazy baker, but I'm all about blueberry pie... and this is absolutely going to happen in my kitchen next week because I simply cannot resist. What's not to love about a blueberry baked good, especially since it's highlighting seasonal sweetness and flavors?
