Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious and comforting and includes all kinds of different dishes we should all want to eat. (I mean, I’m drooling over every night’s offering!)
What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!

Monday's Dinner: Greek Turkey Sliders
Fire up the grill and whip up Greek Turkey Sliders for dinner for the whole family! Add some oven baked fries or a side salad, and voila! Dinner is served!
Tuesday's Dinner: Gourmet BLT Sandwich with Cheddar and Avocado
I'm not the only one who's a sucker for a BLT, right? This BLT is elevated, though, including both cheddar cheese and avocado. Let your family members decide which add-ons are placed in their sandwich, and you've got a fun dinner for Tuesday!
Wednesday's Dinner: Greek Bruschetta
Y'all know I'm all about an easy and bite-sized dinner, right? This bruschetta offers so much flavor and is fun for nibbling throughout dinner time. Calling for various veggies, as well as hummus and tzatziki sauce, it's customizable for the whole family.
Thursday's Dinner: Langostino Warm Lobster Rolls
Umm... homemade lobster rolls, anyone? Pook's Pantry shows how to get this restaurant-style dish at home! And I, for one, cannot wait!
Friday's Dinner: Loaded Queso
OK, so technically, queso isn't dinner on its own. BUT! This queso is LOADED, meaning it's got avocado and sour cream and ground beef and jalapeno, among other things, and it's perfect for dipping. Make Friday night a "snack board" dinner and let everyone dip chips and veggies into queso as a celebratory end-of-the-week meal.
Dessert #1: No Bake Lemon Mousse Tart with Pretzel Crust
I don't know what the weather's like where you live, but it's HOT in Texas. A no bake dessert sounds brilliant right about now, and I love the sound of the lemon mousse that fills this tart, as well as those gorgeous berries!
Dessert #2: Cinnamon Buttermilk Cheesecake with Apple Pie Topping
Have you ever had a buttermilk cheesecake? Me neither... but I plan on giving this beaut a try soon! Especially with that apple pie topping... YUM!
