Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious and is all about the flavors of the late summer. We’ve got dishes involving cherries, a burger and a few stovetop classics, as well. Including a soup (because soup in the summer is amazing), we’re hitting all the high notes in this weekly meal plan.
What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.

Monday's Dinner: Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya
Monday is all about the easy dinner for me, and jambalaya is pretty simple. Sear the ingredients, then throw everything together and let it cook low and slow on the stovetop. Jambalaya is great for sharing and perfectly spicy, too.
Tuesday's Dinner: Mediterranean Chicken Meal Prep Bowls with Tahini Dressing
Meal prep bowls?!? Oh my word, YES. Mediterranean Chicken Meal Prep Bowls sound amazing and like they're great for a family. Drizzle on that Tahini Dressing for even more flavors, and dinner is ready to go!
Wednesday's Dinner: Tart Cherry Smoothie Bowls
I'm all for switching up the dinner routine, and serving SMOOTHIE BOWLS is a brilliant way to do just this! Packed with filling protein, healthy fats and a balance of sweet and tart fruits, and topped with plenty of crunch, these bowls make the perfect meal.
Thursday's Dinner: Southern Chicken and Dumplings
There's not much more comforting than Southern Chicken and Dumplings, so that's what's for dinner tonight. The Southern rendition of this classic is filled with the flat noodles, not the puffy dumplings many of us know, and extra delicious. Are you into soup for dinner during the summer?
