Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan: Week 115
Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, a breakfast option and a dessert.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! Next week is July 4th, and we’ve got quite a menu to celebrate. Which is why we’re serving up sliders, sandies, ribs and more. Oh, and we’ve got a delightful breakfast and an incredible dessert for Independence Day celebrations.
What is the weekly meal plan?
If you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?
Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan (July 1 - July 5, 2019)
Looking for food inspiration for next week's menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, a breakfast option and a dessert.
Monday's Dinner: Greek Turkey Sliders
Fire up the grill on Monday night to get the holiday week started (or to celebrate Canada Day if you're Canadian.) These turkey sliders are delicious and on the lighter side for tonight. Pair them with a Greek salad, and you've got a delightful dinner for the whole fam!
Tuesday's Dinner: Easy Italian Sausage Soup
Who likes to eat soup in the summer? It sounds so strange, but it's actually incredibly comforting! And this Easy Italian Sausage Soup from Pastry Chef Online sounds like a filling and comforting dish to make on a weeknight. And it's easy! What's not to love?
Wednesday's Dinner: Turkey Spinach Meatball Subs
These turkey spinach meatballs have been on repeat in our house for a while now, and putting them on a sandwich with cheese is utterly delightful. Make a big batch and freeze half of 'em, or invite friends over to enjoy... either way, you've got a winner of a dinner!
Thursday's Dinner: Baked Corvina with Tomatoes
We're getting fancy for July 4th with Pook's Pantry's Baked Corvina Recipe with Tomatoes. This gorgeous baked fish is served with seasonal produce and looks utterly stunning. And the best news is it barely takes any time, so you can enjoy time with the fam or friends without spending hours cooking.
Friday's Dinner: Perfect Barbecued Ribs
Celebrate the weekend with Perfect Barbecued Ribs from Comfortably Domestic! Y'all know I'm a sucker for any barbecue in the summertime, and these ribs look aaaaaaaaamazing and super sticky. Paired with baked beans and slaw, you've got a delish dinner!
Breakfast Option: Whole Wheat English Muffins
Did you know that English muffins are actually quite easy to make at home? I did not, and when I learned this fact, my mind was a little boggled. So now this favorite breakfast item can be made on your stovetop! Turn it into a sandwich or eat it solo for a delightful breakfast all week long.
Dessert Option: Ooey Gooey Bars
Not going to lie: I added these Ooey Gooey Bars to the meal plan because they're a favorite of mine for July 4th and any holidays where lots of people come together. These cheesecake bars never last long, and they're loved by people young and old!
