Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan: Week 103
Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, an extra savory dish and a sweet treat. This eclectic meal plan, which includes relatively healthy dishes that won’t take all day to cook, is meant to help busy cooks plan for the week ahead! We hope this meal plan provides great ideas and delicious dishes for your family.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious and eclectic, as always. We’ve got pastas and tacos, salad and HAM and a sweet nod to carrot cake, too.
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?
Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan (April 8-12, 2019)
Looking for food inspiration for next week's menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, an extra savory dish and a sweet treat.
Monday's Dinner: Soy Ginger Chicken Kabobs
Who's a kebob fan? I know I am, and these Soy Ginger Chicken Kabobs combine a lot of our favorite flavors. Throw 'em on the grill and pair them with a Greek salad, and you've got dinner for the whole fam!
Tuesday's Dinner: Southern Macaroni and Cheese
Holy cow, y'all. Jenni does it again with her Pimento Cheese Pasta! This twist on macaroni and cheese calls for PIMENTO cheese, a Southern staple! SO yummy and such a lovely treat for dinner!
Wednesday's Dinner: Blackened Shrimp Tacos
I am not joking when I say my family eats tacos at least once a week. Some weeks, they're homemade. Other weeks, we pick 'em up from a taqueria. These Blackened Shrimp Tacos have been a family favorite since they were published years ago, and for good reason: They've got a ton of flavor, a creamy slaw and are perfect for a crowd!
Thursday's Dinner: Chipotle Honey Mustard Glazed Ham
Does your family eat ham for Easter? Ours does. And before any big holiday gathering, I love to test out my recipe beforehand to ensure I don't screw it up on the big day. This Chipotle Honey Mustard Glazed Ham is PERFECT for trying out this week, and quite honestly, we are gonna ADORE this recipe, holiday or not!
Friday's Dinner: Chef Salad in a Jar
Let's kick the weekend off on a healthy foot with Comfortably Domestic's Chef Salad in a Jar! Chef Salad reminds me of my childhood, for whatever reason, and I love how they're served in a jar here because that makes them even more fun!
Extra Dinner: Spaghetti Pie is Better Made with Bucatini
Real talk: I've never, ever, ever eaten a Bucatini Pie before, and I desperately want to make this one immediately. Bucatini adds a different twist to a traditional spaghetti pie, and I have no doubt that this would be a lovely weekend meal!
Dessert: Carrot Cake Dip with Cinnamon-Sugar Wontons
In case you're looking for something a little different than carrot cake this season, I've got you covered with this twist. A few years back, I dreamed up this dip, flavored exactly like carrot cake and its traditional cream cheese icing, and lemme tell you: it's ALWAYS a hit!
