Valorie and I are getting together one last time to bring y’all another coffee cocktail before we bring y’all a cookie recipe next week. Because, yes, we totally got together and baked cookies that feature espresso.

That’s how we roll.

But today? Let’s discuss the Melty Cold Brew Shake.

There’s something so pleasant about a cocktail that swirls beautifully like this one does, and there’s something delightful about a cocktail that tastes like a melty boozy milkshake.

I meaaaaaaaan, how can you go wrong with that?

This coffee cocktail is our dessert offering, and it is worth every calorie packed into it. (However, we didn’t calculate that for y’all or ourselves because sometimes, it’s best not to know and just to enjoy what you’re drinking.)

That said, The Melty Cold Brew Shake tastes like chocolate cake, topped with coffee ice cream and Kahlua. Which is to say it is absolutely delicious and goes down smoothly and would make the perfect sweet drink to finish a meal.
