Remember when Valorie and I got together to make some coffee cocktails for y’all?

Well, we’re still continuing the series, even though #NationalCoffeeDay has come and gone. Because coffee cocktails, as it turns out, are quite delicious. (And we still have two other fun cocktails to share once y’all see this one!)

Today’s drink is fabulous for cocktail hour.

    The Siciliano is light and sweet (without being cloyingly saccharine like some cocktails). There’s a cherry tartness to the cocktail, and it doesn’t have a coffee or alcohol taste.

    Which means this drink could maaaaaaaaaybe get you into some trouble if you had a few too many at happy hour.

    But maaaaaaaaaybe, just maybe, that could be a little fun?

    Either way, this drink is delightful for sipping. And here’s how Valorie whipped up this drink:

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 oz. sweet vermouth
    • 1 ½ oz. cold brew coffee
    • 1 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 oz. club soda

    Instructions
     

    • Pour the vermouth, coffee, simple syrup and club soda into a martini glass.
    • Stir with a cocktail spoon, and enjoy immediately!
