Measure the orange juice and olive oil into a large bowl or casserole dish using a liquid measuring cup. (You could also do this in a gallon-sized plastic bag with a zipper top.)
Add the minced garlic, taco seasoning and salt to the marinade. Whisk to combine the ingredients.
Place the chicken into the marinade. Make sure the chicken is immersed in the marinade.
