1cupapple juice or apple ciderfrozen into 1 oz. cubes (the size of most regular ice cube trays)
Smoothies
2cupsunsweetened cashew milk(or any other unsweetened non-dairy milk)
1scoopvegan vanilla protein powder
2smallapplessliced
½teaspoonground cinnamon
8oz.apple juice/cider cubes(recipe above)
Instructions
Freeze the apple juice overnight in an ice cube tray.
The morning of, measure the cashew milk, protein powder, apples, cinnamon, frozen apple juice and ice into a blender.
