Measure the rolled oats into a large mixing bowl.
Pour the strawberry/milk mixture into the large bowl. Stir until all the ingredients have been incorporated.
Transfer to mason jars, then cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Notes
A note on variations and substitutions of this Strawberry Overnight Oats recipe
This recipe can be made with cow's milk or a non-dairy milk. Be sure to choose anunsweetened non-dairy milk if you go that route, as the strawberries add enough sweetness by themselves!
If it's not strawberry season, consider adding 1-2 teaspoons of pure maple syrup to the milk/strawberry mixture in the blender to add a little extra sweetness.
If you're feeling decadent, add toasted shredded coconut, toasted nuts or nut butter, or even a few dark chocolate chips to your overnight oats in the morning. You can add chopped strawberries or any other fruit you have on hand, too!
In these photos, I have used 8 oz. mason jars, which will turn this recipe into 4 servings instead of 2 large servings.
