Ingredients
Hot Chocolate
- 3 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice separated
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate baking chips
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Garnishes
- Large marshmallows
- Pomegranate arils

Instructions
- Warm 2 cups of the pomegranate juice in a large saucepan over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
- When the juice begins to simmer, measure in the white chocolate. Whisk constantly until the white chocolate begins melting into the juice.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Immediately pour in the vanilla extract and the remaining pomegranate juice. Continue whisking until all the white chocolate has melted.
- Serve immediately!
Notes
Serve the hot chocolate immediately, as it will begin to separate if not enjoyed within 30-45 minutes.
