The Cranberry Mule is a fun take on the more traditional Moscow Mule. Perfect as a Thanksgiving cocktail, this drink calls for cranberry, ginger beer and spiced rum, then is topped with sugared cranberries as garnish.

Ingredients
Cranberry Mule
2oz.unsweetened cranberry juice** do NOT use cranberry cocktail
Scoop a handful of Ice into a copper mug. Scoop another handful of ice into a cocktail shaker.
Combine 2 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice, 3 oz. ginger beer, 1 ½ oz. spiced rum and 1 oz. simple syrup in the shaker with ice.
Shake until combined, then pour over ice in the copper mug.
Serve with Sugared cranberries as garnish, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
If you want to make homemade sugared cranberries, the timeline on this drink will be longer. However, the drink takes less than 5 minute to make and mix.
Cranberry Mule Pitcher recipe:
16 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice
24 oz. ginger beer
12 oz. spiced rum
8 oz. simple syrup
Measure into a large pitcher. Stir until combined. Add frozen cranberries to keep it cold (not ice because it will melt and dilute the drink!) Serve over ice in your favorite mugs/glasses. This makes 8 servings.
