1/3cupdark brown sugar
2/3cupchopped pecans
1teaspoonground cinnamon
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
2tablespoonschilled unsalted buttercut into ¼" squares

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray an 8" square baking dish with nonstick baking spray, and set aside.
If you haven't already, peel the apples and core them. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a medium-sized glass bowl, combine the brown sugar, chopped pecans, cinnamon and flour. Stir until combined.
Use your hands to cut the butter into the sugar mixture, working the butter into the sugar mixture until it resembles wet sand.
In a large glass bowl, measure out the chopped apples and add the cider. Toss.
Add the sugar, flour and cinnamon, stirring until combined.
Add the butter, tossing until combined.
Pour the apple mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Evenly top the apple mixture with the crumble.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the topping has browned and the apple mixture is bubbling.
Enjoy warm with a scoop of your favorite ice cream and/or homemade whipped cream.
