Ingredients
8cupswater
6oz.blackberries
½large lemoncut into wedges
2Whole30-compliant lemon ginger tea bags
Instructions
In a heavy bottomed saucepan, heat the water over high heat.
When the water comes to a boil, remove from the heat, and add the blackberries, lemon and the tea bags.
Muddle the blackberries.
Let the ingredients steep for an hour.
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the tea into a pitcher.
Refrigerate, and serve cool.

Be sure to check your tea bags and their ingredients to ensure you are using a Whole30-compliant one. We couldn't drink my first batch of this because my lemon ginger tea had soy in it.
