Peach Simple Syrup
Peach Simple Syrup is the perfect addition to lemonade, mocktails, cocktails and more during the summer months. This three-ingredient sugar syrup recipe is extra sweet and made special with in-season peaches. All you need is time to let these ingredients shine before you can mix them into drinks and more for extra peach flavor.

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water.
- Heat over high heat until the sugar has completely dissolved, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the heat, and add the halved peaches. You may leave the skin on because it will turn the syrup a beautiful pink color.
- Let steep for 45-55 minutes at room temperature before transferring to a mason jar. You can keep the peaches in the syrup, if desired.
- Store in an airtight container (mason jar, bottle, etc.) in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
