Ingredients
2cupspretzelscrushed (100g)
12tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted (170g, 1 ½ sticks)
1 ½cupspowdered sugar188g
1 ¼cupscreamy peanut butterdivided (331g)
1 ½semisweet chocolate chips300g
Instructions
Line a 9” square baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
Crush the pretzels. You can do this in a food processor to make more uniform chunks or you can place them in a plastic bag and crush them unevenly.
Combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, powdered sugar and 1 cup of peanut butter in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined.
Press pretzel mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9”x9” baking pan.
Combine chocolate chips and remaining ¼ cup of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted.
Spread over pretzel peanut butter mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
Slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
