Measure 8 oz. feta cheese, ½ cup ricotta cheese, 3 tablespoons milk, Zest of ½ lemon and 3 tablespoons hot honey into the base of a food processor.
Blend until smooth. Taste and add salt and pepper if necessary.
Spoon the dip out into a serving container. Garnish with Additional hot honey, Chopped toasted nuts, Chopped fresh herbs and Additional lemon zest. Enjoy immediately.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
