Instructions
Measure the ½ cup extra virgin olive oil and ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice into a mason jar.
Add the 1 tablespoon lemon zest, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary, ¼ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
