How to store & freeze
If you’re planning to use it later, transfer the butter to an airtight, food-safe container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. It can also be frozen for up to 4 months if frozen before the “use by” date on the package. Just let the Cajun butter come to room temperature before serving or anything that involves spreading. If you are cooking and need it melted, you can use it cold.
