If you want to make a meaty, creamy, cheesy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip that does not call for canned ingredients or bottled salad dressing, this recipe is for you! All you need are 7 ingredients and about 30 minutes to make this decadent dip. The real question is: what are you making it for and who are you sharing it with?
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray an 8” square casserole dish with nonstick baking spray, and set aside.
Measure 8 oz. cream cheese, 4 oz. sour cream and ½ cup wing sauce into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the cream cheese has completely melted and the ingredients have come together.
Measure in 1.01 cups shredded cheddar cheese, as well as 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Stir to combine and cook until melted.
Add in the 1 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken and 0.75 cup chopped green onions of green onions. Stir to incorporate, then transfer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese on top of the dip.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Garnish with the remaining [1 cup chopped green onions. Serve with your favorite crackers, chips or veggies. We liked tortilla chips, baguette rounds and celery sticks for this particular dip.

Easy entertaining tip: Make this dip in advance and store it in the fridge in its baking dish for a few days before baking it off and sharing it.How to store: Save leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-6 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
