Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, warm the milk.
When the milk begins to bubble, add the white chocolate and strawberries. Whisk constantly until the white chocolate begins melting.
Remove the pan from the heat, and let the white chocolate continue melting.
Immediately add the vanilla extract.
Continue whisking until all the white chocolate has melted.
Using an immersion blender, blend the ingredients into a smooth liquid.
Divide between two large mugs, garnish with marshmallows, strawberries and more white chocolate baking chips, and serve immediately!
Notes
If you don’t have an immersion blender, you can easily blend these ingredients up in a blender or a food processor to make a smooth white hot chocolate!You can also use FRESH strawberries if you have them on hand. I keep frozen strawberries in the wintertime for things like this, so it's up to you.
