Leftover ham from Easter? Put it to good use in these Ham Goo sandwiches! Stack ham, Swiss cheese and a decadent onion-poppyseed dressing in prepared buns then bake for an out-of-this-world party appetizer or lunch!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
On the stovetop, heat the olive oil, butter, onion, poppyseeds, Worcestershire and mustard together until combined. Remove and let cool.
Cut the honey wheat rolls in half. Place the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
Layer the honey ham on top of the rolls, then top with the Swiss cheese.
Pour half of the sauce directly on top of the Swiss cheese, then top with the roll tops. Spread the rest of the sauce on top of the rolls.
Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until browned.
Enjoy warm!
Notes
If you don't have honey ham, you can use store-bought ham. I really like to get spiral ham sliced, but if you've got another kind of favorite ham, have at it!
