Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat, and set aside.
As the oven preheats, let the puff pastry warm slightly.
Remove the Jennie-O Oven Ready Cajun Style Bone-In Turkey Breast from the bone, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Roll out the puff pastry, and then slice into 9 equal parts.
Place the puff pastry onto the prepared baking sheet.
Dollop 1-2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce onto each piece of pastry. Spread with a knife.
Top the cranberry sauce with chopped turkey. (Eyeball it, but you don’t want it to be overflowing.)
Sprinkle feta cheese on top of the pastries.
Transfer to the preheated oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry has puffed and browned slightly.
Remove from the oven, and let cool slightly before sprinkling on fresh thyme leaves as the finishing touch.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
