Instructions
Make the Marshmallow-Infused Vodka
In a large mason jar, measure out the marshmallows.
Pour the vodka on top of the marshmallows.
Shake, then store in a cold, dark place for 1-2 days, or until the marshmallows have dissolved into the vodka. (If there is some clouding/silt on the bottom of the jar, this is OK! Simply shake it up before it’s time to make a drink to get all that marshmallow goodness into it.)
Make the Martinis
Run a lemon wedge along the rims of two martini glasses.
Dip the glasses into the Graham Cracker crumbs, coating the rim, then set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine lukewarm milk with the unsweetened cocoa powder and granulated sugar.
Whisk until combined.
Pour in the Marshmallow-Infused Vodka and the white crème de cocoa.
Add ice to the cocktail shaker, and shake until cold and combined.
Pour into the prepared martini glasses.
Skewer 3-4 marshmallows and toast using a kitchen torch.
Garnish the martinis with the toasted marshmallows, and enjoy!
Notes
Please note the total time includes the infusion time for the vodka, but it can take anywhere from 1-2 days, just depending on conditions. If you don't have time to make the marshmallow-infused vodka, you could purchase a marshmallow vodka at a specialty liquor store for this cocktail.
