Lemon Pepper Green Beans are a quick, easy and utterly delicious side dish for Thanksgiving dinner. Steamed green beans are tossed in a tart lemon vinaigrette, then seasoned with copious amounts of pepper before serving.

Instructions
In a steamer basket over boiling water, steam the haricot verts for a few minutes until crisp tender. Remove from the heat, transfer the beans to a heat-proof bowl and set aside.
In a mason jar or a bowl, combine the vinaigrette ingredients -- the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, pepper and salt. Whisk until combined.
In the large bowl, pour the vinaigrette on top of the warm green beans.
Toss using tongs until everything has been coated.
