Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer (with the paddle attachment), cream together the butter, Greek yogurt and sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Add the flour mixture, and beat on low speed, until just combined. Do not overmix.
With a wooden spoon, fold in the chocolate chips and candy cane pieces.
Using a cookie scooper, form dough balls and place on the baking sheet about 3" apart from one another.
Bake for about 12 minutes or until puffed and slightly cracked.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before eating.
Notes
Stores well in an airtight container up to 3 days.
