freshly squeezed lemon juice

tahini

teaspoon
kosher salt

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
Run the food processor until all elements are combined and smooth.
Taste and add more seasoning, if desired.
Transfer the hummus to a plate and serve with warm pitas, carrots and celery.
