Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan: Week 96
Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners and two extras, be they drinks, desserts, sides, etc. This eclectic meal plan, which includes relatively healthy dishes that won’t take all day to cook, is meant to help busy cooks plan for the week ahead! We hope this meal plan provides great ideas and delicious dishes for your family.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious. We’re serving up a bunch of hearty comfort this week because it’s cold outside! (Except for in Texas because we’re having a weird warm front right now… but it’s supposed to get chillier by next week.)
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?
Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan (February 18-22, 2019)
Unsure what to make this week? Sit back and let the Dinner Divas share some of their favorite recipes for the whole family!
Monday's Dinner: Salt and Pepper Pork Chops
Monday night is all about these SALT AND PEPPER PORK CHOPS from My Imperfect Kitchen! I somehow always forget that I love a good pork chop until a recipe is staring me in the face, and that's exactly what this dish is doing for me. Are you a pork chop fan, too?
Tuesday's Dinner: Keto Chicken Thighs with Charred Lemon
We don't eat a keto diet by any means, but these chicken thighs are calling my name! And that charred lemon? SWOON. I'm all in for this goodness, and I hope you are, too!
Wednesday's Dinner: Sirloin Steaks with Creamy Onion Sauce
Whyyyyyyy do I never consider steak for a weeknight meal? We have Comfortably Domestic to thank for this reminder that steak is incredible any time of the week! Doesn't that onion sauce look insanely delicious, too?
Thursday's Dinner: Cajun Spicy Tomato Soup
I don't know about you, but I adore a spicy soup to keep me warm during the wintertime! The Cajun spices used in this tomato soup makes me insanely happy, and I have no doubt it'll keep us all warm through this evening.
Friday's Dinner: Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with Mustard Coleslaw
Nothing says FRIDAY NIGHT like enjoying some barbecue and coleslaw with the family! This slow cooker chicken barbecue recipe is perfect, too, because you can get all the ingredients together in the slow cooker before you leave for work and come home to a delightful smelling house... and a tasty dinner, too!
Dessert Idea #1: Dark Chocolate Cake with Red Wine Ganache
In case you're not over chocolate from Valentine's Day (I'm sorry... is ANYONE ever over chocolate? Not me!), this cake is PERFECT for a sweet indulgence this week! That red wine ganache is calling my name and pairs perfectly with dark chocolate!
Dessert Idea #2: Mardi Gras King Cake
In case you live in a place that's not Louisiana, chances are getting an authentic-tasting and looking King Cake is pretty challenging. Comfortably Domestic shares her Carnival recipe with us this week, and it's PERFECT for weekend baking!
