Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan: Week 156
Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, a dessert and a homemade bread.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu has been designed to be super easy for you… and we’re using a lot of pantry ingredients, too. I’ve included some substitutions, as well as side dishes to serve with these meals.
This week’s menu includes a sweet treat for an evening or two AND a homemade bread recipe.
What is the weekly meal plan?
Every Friday, I share a new menu plan here that always includes FIVE dinner options and TWO extras. This menu is curated by me and a few friends, and we call ourselves the Dinner Divas because, well, that’s what we do.
Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks and more.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?

Monday's Dinner: Fancy Hummus
Hummus for dinner? Yes, we can! Add fun and tasty toppings to turn hummus into an event. With two different options, the world is your oyster. Serve your hummus and toppings with sliced veggies, pitas or pita chips and call it a meal.
Tuesday's Dinner: Deviled Egg Bruschetta
Leftover hardboiled eggs from Easter? Turn 'em into bruschetta! This twist on classic Deviled Eggs into dinner. Use whatever bread you have on hand--just make sure it's toasted--and toss this delicious deviled egg salad together before slathering it on the bread.
Wednesday's Dinner: Thai Turkey Meatballs with Peanut Sauce
Who doesn't love a meatball? These Thai-inspired meatballs are a twist on the classic we all know and love and are served with a peanut sauce. Serve 'em with your favorite rice or a glass noodle (or whatever you have on hand), and dinner is served!
Thursday's Dinner: Slow Cooker Creamed Corn Macaroni and Cheese
Mac 'n cheese is a favorite in our household, and the addition of CREAMED CORN to this classic comfort dish is simply brilliant. (I actually have a can in our pantry, and you might, too!) Made in the slow cooker, this is an easy peasy meal for Thursday evening.
Friday's Dinner: North Carolina Muffaletta
A little different than a NOLA muffaletta, this sandwich is filled to the brim with meats, pickled veggies and more! Make it the night before for the flavors to meld, and serve it with your favorite chips for the ultimate Friday night dinner.
Dessert Idea: The Ultimate Malted Milkshake
Are you a malted milkshake fan? If so, this one is for you! It's for lovers of extra maltiness! Made with malted chocolate candy, extra malted milk powder, homemade whipped cream and a mini ice cream cone garnish, this malt is the ULTIMATE treat! And who doesn't want a treat these days?
Bread Idea: Honey White Bread
If you can't find bread at the store, we've got a fun homemade version for you! Bake it up and slice it for sandwiches, or pair it with dinner one evening for some deliciousness. The more you bake, the more confident you feel in your baking ability, and this recipe right here is confidence builder!
