Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, a bread and a dessert.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious and comforting and everything you want to really start the month of March strong. We’re serving up soups, tacos and more… and we’ve got a completely from-scratch bread recipe, as well as a cupcake, to sweeten the deal.
What is the weekly meal plan?
Every Friday, I share a new menu plan here that always includes FIVE dinner options and TWO extras. This menu is curated by me and a few friends, and we call ourselves the Dinner Divas because, well, that’s what we do.
Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks and more.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?
Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan (March 2-6, 2020)
Looking for some food inspiration for next week's menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners and two extras, be they drinks, desserts, sides, etc. This eclectic meal plan, which includes relatively healthy dishes that won't take all day to cook, is meant to help busy cooks plan for the week ahead! We hope this meal plan provides great ideas and delicious dishes for your family.
Chili and cornbread is a classic combination... and thanks to recipe inspiration from a local restaurant, we've combined the two into a fun twist on a pot pie. Make the chili this weekend if you're going to be busy on Monday, then throw everything into individual serving dishes and bake 'em up for the ultimate comforting dinner that evening!
Homemade minestrone? I'm totally down for this goodness, especially since there are sicknesses going around our area and I'm all for comfort foods these days. Serve a big 'ol bowl of this with the homemade bread below, and you're set for dinner on Tuesday!
Chicken Cordon Bleu is one of my all-time favorite dishes, but I rarely make it for the family. This week, we're changing that up with Comfortably Domestic's recipe, and I am so very excited for it! How can you not love the combination of crunchy chicken, melty cheese and sweet-salty ham?
I love a good tomato soup when the weather is still somewhat chilly, and the zing this CAJUN-style Tomato Soup offers is exactly what I need this time of year! Have you ever tried a soup like this? Are you excited for it to be on the meal plan? Because it's a pretty amazing option, in my opinion.
We're switching up our end-of-week gameplan tonight with TACOS! These Classic Ground Beef Tacos are exactly like the ones from childhood, but homemade, and my goodness, are they tasty. Give your family the option to dress their own tacos and give 'em options, like lettuces, tomatoes, cheese and more, for a delicious taco night!
My goodness. How could we go wrong with strawberries and cream cheese in cupcake form? These are some of my favorite flavors, and since March starts for this meal plan, we're celebrating seasonal flavors and berries! These are sure to be a smash with the whole family, too.
If you love a homemade bread, this HONEY OATMEAL BREAD is for you! Comforting and utterly delicious, it's easy to bake up a loaf to enjoy all week long, especially when you've got recipes on your meal plan like we do for this week!
