What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!

Tuesday's Dinner: Breaded, Fried Chicken Cutlets with Herb Gravy
Real talk: I'm a sucker for any type of fried chicken, and these breaded, fried chicken cutlets with GRAVY sound like heaven to me! Pair 'em with some mashed potatoes and steamed green beans, and you're golden. What do you like to serve with your fried chicken?
Wednesday's Dinner: Slow Cooker Turkey Meatloaf
Our entire family loves this meatloaf, and it is SO EASY. Prep it in the morning before you head out for the day and come home to the best dinner. This meatloaf has great texture and flavor for a fast weeknight meal! Serve it with rice and your favorite steamed veggie for a complete meal.
Thursday's Dinner: Corvina with Butter and Herbs
Oooooooooh, I love a fancier weeknight dinner that's actually a breeze to make, and I'm loving this Corvina with Butter and Herbs recipe from Pook's Pantry. Corvina is a lighter fish, so if you're unsure about cooking fish at home, this is a great one to start with. Pair it with your favorite side for the full dinner experience!
Friday's Dinner: Slow Cooker Creamed Corn Macaroni and Cheese
While we're not going in the pizza direction this week, we should all be thrilled about this CREAMED CORN MACARONI AND CHEESE. And it's made in the slow cooker--swoon! The question is: How long will it last in your house? Because I can tell you it won't last long in ours.
