Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners and two breakfast ideas for the upcoming holidays.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious. Not only are we giving y’all some incredible recipes for this week, several of which are made in the SLOW COOKER, but we’ve got holiday breakfast inspiration for you, too. #yourewelcome
What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?

I'm all about the quick and easy slow cooker meal, so y'all know I love the sound of this Slow Cooker Chicken Andouille Beans and Rice! Including some of my favorite flavors and ingredients, how could this not be an AMAZING way to start our week strong?
Real talk: I'm a sucker for any type of fried chicken, and these breaded, fried chicken cutlets with GRAVY sound like heaven to me! Pair 'em with some mashed potatoes and steamed green beans, and you're golden. What do you like to serve with your fried chicken?
Our entire family loves this meatloaf, and it is SO EASY. Prep it in the morning before you head out for the day and come home to the best dinner. This meatloaf has great texture and flavor for a fast weeknight meal! Serve it with rice and your favorite steamed veggie for a complete meal.
Oooooooooh, I love a fancier weeknight dinner that's actually a breeze to make, and I'm loving this Corvina with Butter and Herbs recipe from Pook's Pantry. Corvina is a lighter fish, so if you're unsure about cooking fish at home, this is a great one to start with. Pair it with your favorite side for the full dinner experience!
While we're not going in the pizza direction this week, we should all be thrilled about this CREAMED CORN MACARONI AND CHEESE. And it's made in the slow cooker--swoon! The question is: How long will it last in your house? Because I can tell you it won't last long in ours.
Serve your favorite coffee with Homemade Gingerbread Creamer this holiday season! This homemade holiday spiced creamer should be made the night before and steeped with its gingerbread spices, fresh ginger root and molasses. After the creamer hangs out in the fridge overnight, brew your coffee and swirl in your creamer. Top with a Spiced Whipped Cream, and anyone's morning will be made!
