Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! As always, week’s menu is a tasty one and full of seasonal goodness, including a few dishes with my favorite fall/winter berry (cranberries!), a classic comforting soup, breakfast for dinner and more.
What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!

Monday's Dinner: Broccoli Cheddar Soup with Artisan Bread Bowls
To me, there's not much more comforting than a big 'ol bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Comfortably Domestic is taking it to a new level by serving these in ARTISAN bread bowls! What's not to love about this dinner that's perfect for this time of year? (Bonus points if it's suuuuuuuper cold on Monday. Because super cold days call for soup.)
Tuesday's Dinner: Mexican Style Keto Crack Chicken in Your Instant Pot
Oh, I'm SO into this Crack Chicken recipe! Why? The flavors are wonderful and spicy and potent.. and it cooks up quick, thanks to the Instant Pot. Recently, I've been using my IP for everything because I cannot seem to get my act together otherwise... and I know this is gonna be a quick and easy and tasty dish to serve the whole fam on Tuesday.
Wednesday's Dinner: Cranberry Chicken Thighs
Bake Cranberry Chicken Thighs this fall and winter for a fancy-feeling and wonderfully delicious centerpiece to any dinner. Made with fresh or frozen cranberries, these baked chicken thighs are perfect for a weeknight meal or a dinner party with friends.
Thursday's Dinner: Classic Bread Stuffing
Can stuffing be dinner? I say YES (and so does Cheryl from Pook's Pantry.) We'd better test out this Classic Bread Stuffing before Turkey Day, and what better way to do that than on a weeknight? Serve it with a side of veggies and some homemade gravy (because stuffing with gravy is the BEST), and you're set!
Friday's Dinner: Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Pancakes
We're going in the breakfast for dinner direction for Friday night's dinner, and y'all, my kids AND I are going to be thrilled about these beauts! You can't go wrong with buttermilk pancakes, and adding chocolate chips to them just takes it to a new level. So good!
Appetizer Recipe: Spent Grain Crackers
I think we need to bake these gorgeous (homemade!) Spent Grain Crackers and serve 'em up with a baked brie... or cheese... or on a snack board because they're wonderfully crunchy and perfect for snacking! What would you eat with them first?
Dessert Recipe: Cranberry Crumb Bars
These dairy-free and vegan Cranberry Crumb Bars are a great way to celebrate the sweetness of cranberry in cookie bar form during the holiday season. You can make these beauts with gluten-free Graham crackers and flour to serve them to GF friends, too!
