Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan: Week 130
Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners and two sweet treats!
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is delicious and perfect for the season as the weather continues cooling off. It’s finally feeling like fall here in Dallas, and I’m 100% here for it. We’ve got a few soups and so many seasonal flavors on this week’s menu for y’all. We’ve also got two seasonal desserts, too!
What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?
Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan (October 14-18, 2019)
Need food inspiration for next week's menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, which includes FIVE dinners and two extra recipes.
Monday's Dinner: Pumpkin Pulled Pork Bowls
These PUMPKIN Pulled Pork Bowls with a fresh slaw are one of our favorite weeknight dishes because you can make 'em in the slow cooker... and because they're made with a naturally sweetened homemade pumpkin barbecue sauce. What's not to love? Even our girls have asked for seconds and thirds on these.
Tuesday's Dinner: Autumn Minestrone Soup
An AUTUMNAL minestrone? I love the sound of this soup from Pook's Pantry and all the seasonal ingredients it calls for. Do you love soup, too?
Wednesday's Dinner: Lighter Loaded Baked Potato Soup
I'm a sucker for a soup any night of the week, and this Loaded Baked Potato Soup sounds so comforting and soothing for this time of year. Since we've been fighting off some sickness in our house, we definitely will gobble this whole vat up.
Thursday's Dinner: BBQ Bacon Smashed Burger
Thursday night is BURGER NIGHT this week, and oh my word, this one looks incredible. Barbecue and bacon together? And the smash? Absolutely! So, so, so good.
Friday's Dinner: French Onion Poutine
Instead of pizza, let's end the week on MEATY FRENCH FRIES instead! Poutine, the Canadian recipe that includes fries, gravy and cheese, has gotten a facelift and been given French Onion flavors in this dish!
Dessert #1: Day of The Dead Cupcakes
The Day of The Dead is coming up... and these sugar skull cupcakes are the CUTEST! Pook's Pantry shares how we make these spicy chocolate cupcakes, and then how we decorate them, too.
Dessert #2: Apple Pie Angel Biscuits
Are they dessert? Are they breakfast? Quite honestly, I do not care because these biscuits sound INCREDIBLE and flavorful and so fall-y! Have you ever tried something like this before?
