What is the weekly meal plan?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning.
It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!

Flatbread pizza is our new favorite for the summertime... and this recipe, which I made a few weeks back in partnership with my friends at Panorama, is utterly delightful! This flatbread cooks on the grill, too, so it's extra summery.
We love, love, love any kind of orzo pasta dish, and this Mediterranean flavored one is making me so incredibly happy because my family and I love everything that goes into this recipe. You and yours might, too!
Who doesn't love a good BUCKLE in the summertime? I learned about this classic dessert a few years back and am understandably a little obsessed. I meaaaaan... just LOOK at this one! Have you ever tried a buckle? Can I offer you some of this one?
Cool off with homemade POPSICLES this week! These low-sugar popsicles are perfect for both adults and kiddos. Mix 'em up, pop 'em in the fridge, and enjoy them for days once frozen... though these never last long at our house. If you're a blueberry fan, you're gonna ADORE these.
