Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, a summery cocktail and a wonderful warm weather dessert.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! As always, this week’s menu is delicious.
We’re making dinner super easy for y’all with simple recipes that pack a ton of flavor. (Hello, all of the entrees listed below.)
We’ve also got a cocktail and a dessert because y’all know we love ’em both and can’t seem to help ourselves this time of year.
What’s this meal plan you speak of?
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, the Dinner Divas.
Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?
Monday's Dinner: Ground Beef Tacos
Sometimes, it's hard starting the week, so I like to have a solid and super simple recipe to serve on Monday night. Our entire family loves these Ground Beef Tacos because they're versatile and incredibly flavorful without being too fussy. Let your family members dress their tacos with the toppings they love, and you're set!
Tuesday's Dinner: Honey Chipotle Salmon Sheet Pan Recipe
I love a sheet pan recipe, and this Honey Chipotle Salmon hits on notes I adore. Sweet with a bit of heat is such a good combination for dinner, especially when paired with a simple rice and steamed veggies. Is your family a fan of sweet-savory dishes, too?
Wednesday's Dinner: Light Chicken Muffaletta
By a show of hands, who's had a Muffaletta? I love that Comfortably Domestic has taken this classic New Orleans dish and lightened it up a bit... especially since the original is incredibly heavy and filling.
Thursday's Dinner: Grandma Pizza Dough
Who's a fan of pizza? Personally, I love it and all the different ways you can dress it up. This Grandma Pizza Dough is the perfect vehicle for your favorite toppings, whether they're classic pepperoni or cheese or a more jazzy Pork and Pineapple Pizza.
Friday's Dinner: BLT Bruschetta
Bruschetta is one of my favorite things. (Y'all know this, right? If not, you should.) What better way to serve it than with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes for the weekend? This rendition also has a wonderful mustardy sauce that pairs beautifully with it. Make up a batch, and you're set for a relaxing Friday evening!
Drink Option: Strawberry Sangria with Rosé Wine
If you're entertaining this week or weekend, SANGRIA is the way to go! This Strawberry Sangria with Rosé Wine is a refreshing pitcher drink that can be made and served for a crowd. (Or kept in the fridge and consumed over a few days--no judgment here.)
Dessert Option: Roasted Strawberry Rhubarb Ice Cream
Strawberries and rhubarb are in the grocery store, and they're a match made in heaven! What's more is that they're absolutely DELIGHTFUL when paired together in ice cream. I cannot wait to try this Roasted Strawberry Rhubarb Ice Cream because this is the kind of dessert I'm wanting to enjoy all summer long.
