Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is perfect to kick off summertime and includes several dishes where we fire up the grill! Oh, and we finish the week off with two summertime desserts, and y’all know how happy those make me.
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.

Tuesday's Dinner: Middle Eastern Spiced Lamb Burger
We're firing up the grill again tonight with these Middle Eastern Spiced Lamb Burgers from Pook's Pantry. While I'm so-so on lamb (because some lamb I've eaten has been SUPER gamey, and I just... can't... with gamey meat), I love the spices included in these burgers and cannot wait to give them a try. Wednesday's Dinner: Grilled Chicken Fajitas or Steak Fajitas
Holy cow, y'all. We love, love, love fajitas in our house, but I never think to make 'em... until now. Y'all best believe that I'm going to be firing up our grill for a third night in a row to make these beauts from Comfortably Domestic. Have you ever made fajitas at home?!
Thursday's Dinner: BBQ Bacon Smashed Burger
This BBQ Bacon Smashed Burger has everything I want in a burger. Big flavors. Cheese. Bacon. Barbecueeeeee sauce. What's not to love? Pair 'em with some roasted potato wedges or a side salad, and you're good to go!
Friday's Dinner: Whole30 Steak Salad with Orange Vinaigrette
This paleo and gluten free salad (with an option to make it dairy free) is a favorite of ours, no matter if we're on a Whole30. Filling, flavorful and delicious, this salad a great way to send off the week and welcome the weekend.
Dessert Option #1: No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bars
Y'ALL. Let's all take a moment to swoon over this No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bars. Strawberries are my favorite berry, and cheesecake is a favorite dessert, so Pook's Pantry basically made these for me. 😉 In all seriousness, I love that it's a no bake dessert option because that just makes it even easier to whip up and share!
