Looking for food inspiration for next week’s menu? Look no farther than the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan, a comprehensive plan that includes FIVE dinners, a dessert and a delightful breakfast option.
Welcome to this week’s Dinner Divas Weekly Meal Plan! This week’s menu is an eclectic one. We’ve got some summertime favorites, a vegetarian-friendly bowl, a breakfast option that’s droolworthy and a summertime favorite pie, too!
In case you’re new around these parts, I share a new menu plan here every Friday morning. It will always include FIVE dinner options and TWO extras, curated by me and my friends, who make up the Dinner Divas. Our dinner options feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare because nobody has time for that. 😉 And the extras we share can be side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc.
We hope this weekly menu helps you create your shopping list and prepare for the week ahead, as well as provide inspiration. And hey, if it makes your life a little easier, too, we’re thrilled to help!
Y’all ready for this?
Monday's Dinner: Summer Tomato Peach Panzanella
Looking for the PERFECT warm weather dish to feed your family? This Summer Tomato Peach Panzanella celebrates the flavors of the summertime, and I don't know about you, but I cannot wait to give it a try. The combination of tomatoes and peaches is brilliant. Throw a piece of meat on the grill for some protein if you like, and you're set!
Tuesday's Dinner: Salmon Niçoise Salad
We love a loaded salad like this Salmon Niçoise Salad because it packs in the flavor AND the different textures. Highlighting roasted salmon, green beans, potatoes, hardboiled eggs and more, this salad is wonderful and filling for the whole fam.
Wednesday's Dinner: Tomato Tart Recipe with Goat Cheese
So... I'll be the first to admit that goat cheese isn't my jam, but I know some people (ahem, LOTS of people) who would love, love, love this tart. If you're like me and not a goat cheese fan, I bet Cheryl has some good suggestions as to substitutes to still be able to enjoy this recipe, too!
Thursday's Dinner: Moroccan Roasted Veggie Power Bowls
What's the PERFECT dish for a Thursday? Moroccan Roasted Veggie Power Bowls! These bowls, chock full of veggies and flavorful seasonings and are a unique spin on a weeknight dinner. You can top them with different things, too, so that's a fun way to let your family make this dish their own.
Friday's Dinner: Sausage Gravy Pizza with Peppers and Onions
Friday nights, for us, are pizza nights. And I'm over the moon about this Sausage Gravy Pizza with Peppers and Onions from Online Pastry Chef because it sounds decadent and delicious and like the perfect way to kick off the weekend!
Breakfast Idea: Banana Muffins with Cinnamon Streusel
I know what I'm making this weekend, and it's these Banana Muffins with Cinnamon Streusel! While I can't enjoy bananas because of my allergies, my husband and our older daughter LOVE anything banana-flavored... and I have a feeling that they're going to LOVE these muffins for the weekend.
Dessert Idea: Classic Southern Lemon Chess Pie
It's taken a while, but my tastebuds have been skewing toward lemon desserts more recently. Because of this, I'm super excited to try this gorgeous Classic Southern Lemon Chess Pie for a sweet treat. Whether you're making it for your mom (ahem) or whipping it up for funsies, I don't think you can go wrong!
