I’m loving your Memphis BBQ Ribs! My favourite thing to make in 2012 was simple pastas. Pasta with olive oil and cherry tomato, or with Parmesan and garlic, or basil and sundried tomatoes, or flaked tuna etc. I have no idea what 2013 brings but I’m excited to try many new things!
Thanks, Jayne! Your favorite thing in 2012 makes me happy because I absolutely LOVE simple pastas… and I wouldn’t mind going for a bowl of pasta with olive oil and cherry tomatoes. Sounds delish! And I agree with you: I’m not sure what 2013 holds for me, food-wise, but I am thrilled to try new things and to continue experimenting in the kitchen.
I would love to make my own peanut butter cups! And dark chocolate sounds so wonderful!

Even though I read your posts, I never have much to say, because I’m not all that adventurous with cooking food. But, seeing this post with the highlights from your year makes me really appreciate how creative you are with food and photography.
